Arc helped shoppers overcome the trepidation of engaging with these unfamiliar devices by developing an innovative experience to demonstrate their power and versatility. We put shoppers behind the wheel of their own multimedia concert starring Grammy Award-winning artist NE-YO. Just as 2 in 1 devices transform with a flip, so did a shopper’s control of the concert. Custom-created software let shoppers remix NE-YO’s (unreleased) single in the laptop mode, then with a flip to tablet mode, let them create a dazzling light show. The experience was launched in 50 stores, driving awareness, trial and consideration as shoppers discovered the full potential of the 2 in 1.
